Our story begins with Chef and Owner Mark Elliott, whose passion for cooking was shaped during his apprenticeship in Southeastern England. There, he developed a deep appreciation for fresh, seasonal ingredients and the relationships between chefs, farmers, fishermen, butchers, bakers, and artisan producers. That philosophy continues to guide our kitchen today. Whenever possible, we proudly source high-quality ingredients from local and regional partners, allowing each season to inspire our menus.
